What would happen if a sovereign state issued a price peg to bitcoin for various commodities and announced bitcoin as its reserve currency?

For example, let’s say Venezuela’s currency continues to blow and that their government announced a price peg to bitcoin for oil, bread & minimum wage - could that potentially explode their economy and drive currency flow into Venezuela? (if the pegged price was set low enough say 100sats for a loaf of bread).

One of the major arguments against Bitcoin is the deflationary nature of the currency. The Federal Reserve says 2% inflation is best for "price stability and maximum employment" over the long term. Do you think an inflationary cryptocurrency would be better than Bitcoin? Further thoughts in text.

As I mentioned in the title, The Federal Reserve thinks 2% inflation is best. But this is within the context of a debt based currency with fractional reserve lending.
Debt free currencies, such as Bitcoin, have been known to work in the past. For instance, the American British Colonies issued their own currencies and designated them "legal tender for all debts public and private". There was also President Lincoln and his greenbacks.
There was often inflation with this monetary system, but the good thing about inflation is that it can favor the debtor over the creditor.
The opposite is true with a deflationary currency. Deflationary economic depressions are often really bad. The Great Depression was a deflationary collapse. Granted this was under Federal Reserve Act and I believe was intentional on the part of the Fed.
That being said, Bitcoin could present that same problem if it ever gets widespread adoption. If it skyrockets in value suddenly people are just going to stop spending money, thus reducing demand for goods and services and causing layoffs, etc.
Under an inflationary currency, there's more pressure to spend or invest because the currency is losing value and you want to beat the inflation of your stored value in currency.
So my thoughts on Bitcoin is that it's a good start for cryptocurrencies, but ultimately sovereign nations will need their own national currencies that are at least slightly deflationary. I also think it's a good idea to use blockchain technology, but with the democratically elected government in control of the rate of inflation and limits set by the algorithm. The currency is part of the nation's constitution, and thus prohibits central banks and debt based currency.
That's one potential future for Bitcoin and cyptocurrency, but I'm open to hearing other people's thoughts on why Bitcoin works as a deflationary currency with a high rate of adoption.

When Bitcoin Cash becomes the global reserve currency...how will goods and services be priced?

Just imagine that all we care about is Bitcoins(1), mBits(1/1000), and Bits(1/1,000,000) for the foreseeable future.
How would I price an online service with a monthly subscription if we do not refer to USD/EUJPY/etc?
How about today, if you wanted to offer a service that equals about $10 USD/month, but the price keeps going up....then do I keep lowering the monthly service fee for my customers?
Does anyone have an idea of how things would work in a pure 100% crypto world?

What would be the price to reach if Bitcoin were to become the new Global Reserve Currency, taking into account the final emission of 21 million?

Bitcoin reaching for Gold Troy Ounce parity, next stop Platinum? (USD 1,364.10 / t.OZ)
USD monetary circulation is USD 1.18 trillion, which may actually be even 10 times more, if taking into account credit derivatives and others.

Dollar collapse and US implosion

Hey guys, I am by no mean an expert when it comes to geopolitical, economic, environmental, and social issues. Just a concerned US citizen that has been learning more and more about how our world works these last six years. The one concern I have is at what point is the US dollar no longer going to be the world reserve currency? The talking heads on CNBC and the Wall Street Journal would say that will never happen, but Ray Dalio (who owns the largest hedgefund in the world by the size of his investments) points out that world never stays with a certain reserve currency forever...all empires (financial or otherwise) come and go.
I can see how the US dollar could collapse; we'll be at the highest ratio of public held debt to GDP by about this time next year AND we'll be spending tens of trillions of dollars more on military spending, Medicare, and social security leaving almost nothing to be spent on Research & Development, infrastructure, public health measures, education, and climate change mitigation policies - hampering economic growth that creates even more of financial death spiral that goes on for a couple decades. We had a lot of debt after World War 2 but we were the only major economy still left standing and we didn't have a generation of old farts that eat up the state coffers. Once bond investors realize we can't repay our debts, why would Treasury bonds be worth so much and doesn't that give an excellent opportunity for Russia and China (possibly with the EU who don't like what we are doing with sanctioning Iran) to find another currency.
I don't think most Americans know how much we would be fucked if we no longer were the reserve currency.....with a shitty infrastructure and lackluster education, having this is one of the few things that is still going for us. How fucked are we?
